The top ten placements in the Seedling of the Year (SOTY) competion are listed below in the order of their final placement. The winning cultivar Lillian's Cosmopolitan hybridized by Chris Chang is declared the 2013 Seedling of the Year and along with the rest of the cultivars shown below will now enter the 3 year trialing period to select the 2013 Hibiscus of the Year (HOTY).
